As I write this post,it is plainly clear, I am utilizing a computer...The irony is this current post regards the complexity of the computer .The obvious and the simple seem to evade most of us, most of the time.This became quite evident to me over the last couple of days.This is how it transpired; I upgraded my computer to hi speed.I had thought I already had same but NO.To upgrade I had to obtain a new fandangled modem.So far, so good. I received assistance to set new modem up and get computer up and running. No problem. Everything is working Great!Then today, Modem SUDDENLY went dark-no lights flashing. I am informed that a network connection is unplugged.WHAAAAAAAAAAAAT!!!!!!!! I made phone inquiries,assessed situation 'thoroughly', and requested assistance. To no avail. After some time, it became evident what was actually wrong. THE POWER CORD WAS UNPLUGGED!!!!! Moral of this story is ;CHECK THE SIMPLE AND MOST OBVIOUS SOLUTIONS Hi-tech still operates on the principle of common sense ! REALLY! -o-o-
