WELCOME
BOO BABBLES BLOG intends to understand, contemplate, consider, discuss, recognize, and communicate how to SURVIVE BLINDNESS.My plan is to assist others in understanding some of the frustrations, challenges, obstacles & *YES* rewards to SURVIVING BLINDNESS. Links I post , may or may not, be specifically related to vision loss. Some may be informative, interesting, relevant, meaningful or just plain entertaining. Living with deficits in a world so fast-paced & visual is challenging. It can be done. It takes willingness to adapt to the environment. I have found that it takes courage. I will be 'seeing' you then... BOO -o-o- EXPECT SOME MUSIC TOO!!! ♪♫♪♫♫ ASSUME NOTHING* CLARIFY EVERYTHING♥Will also be presenting my VIEWS on social injustice♥

POLL CLOSED : RESULTS & COMMENTARY ;)
Well, this has been quite an "eye -opener" for me. Poll is now closed. For those who voted :Thank you! It has been brought to my attention, that ONLY those who officially follow the blog can actually vote.OOPS! Now we know. There were 6 available answers to the question posed:Which do you feel is the most beautiful to behold? Answers were; sunset, night sky, sunrise, cloud formations,a rainbow or freshly fallen snow. The results are as follows;Sunset- 6 votes,Sunrise- 5 votes,Night sky- 3 votes,Freshly fallen snow & a Rainbow tied at 2 votes ,Cloud Formations received no vote. The earth, and our existence within it is magical.Everything created is BEAUTIFUL to behold. One may feel a particular aspect of earth's delight to be more beautiful than another, however, it is all beautiful. Such is the reason for the poll. Many people do not take a moment to view the beauty around them. It cannot be taken for granted. I can no longer view the beauty of the world clearly or in any focus. I can observe the essence but not a sharp clear view. The fact remains that the sun does rise every day . The sun sets every night. The seasons change. The earth continues to revolve on its axis. I believe we are all obligated to notice and recognize this wonder. If you can see - please LOOK. There could come a day that you no longer can view the beauty of the earth. As we destroy the environment, time may hasten the loss of the beauty in existence today. A sad but potential circumstance. Enjoy everything you can. It has been over quoted but: "Don't forget to stop and smell the roses"
